About Me

Who is this many-splendored being known as Kian, though? This splendiferous magical entity? This constellation of delightful sparkle and joie-de-vivre?!

In my own gender journey, my primary therapist did not share my trans identity. Fortunately, she encouraged me to pursue additional support from folx walking a similar path--which continues to benefit me to this day.

And in my own 10 years of practice as a trans* and queer-identifying social worker and healer, I am in a unique position to support folx exploring their identities.

My clinical practice is rooted in principles of social justice and non-judgement. I want you to have the space to play, to explore your constellation of identity and relationship with yourself.

In sessions, all sorts of issues may arise, including:

LGBTQIAA+ identity
gender & other intersectional identities
intimate partner violence
trauma
substance use
self-harm
mood disorders
shame

Whatever your experience, whatever's on your mind, it's never "too much" in a session with me.

Let's get some face-time in. I offer a free 20 minute video consultation for you to ask any questions and to make sure we're a good fit. If things feel good, I'll send over my paperwork and we'll schedule your intake session. Voilà!

-$0-250 for gender letter appointments
-$170 for 50 min. individual supervision
-$250 for 50 min. group supervision (cost may be split between clinicians)
