You...

...are on a journey of gender exploration.

Gender can be really confusing, especially when you don't fit in a box! It can feel scary, overwhelming, lonely. Receiving support from other trans* folks, people who really get it, can have a hugely positive impact. You don't have to educate on terminology, systemic oppression, or trans* specific issues. Instead, you can focus on what's most important-you!

...struggle with identity, big feelings, tough relationships with self and others, or even navigating your place in the world (adulting is hard)!

You may have tried different ways to cope-some effective and some not so much. You want a different approach, new skills, new perspectives, and a kinder way to treat yourself and those around you. Learning to treat yourself with the same love and compassion that you show others** is a lifelong investment in your own wellbeing and quality of life. You’re worth it.

**psst-pro tip here: it’s real hard to continue showing up for the people you care about when you’re burnt out af.

...need documentation for your surgery or HRT.

Let's be real: requiring letters from a mental health practitioner is gross. It's invasive, it's a form of gatekeeping, it's a pain. You have the right to have your assessment conducted from an informed consent standpoint, and with the utmost respect for your dignity in an unjust process. It might never be a comfortable process, but it can be a tolerable one.

...are motivated to take action, explore change, but aren't sure where to start...

If you see yourself reflected here, if these issues resonate with you, let's talk. You don't have to do this alone.
